Our Onboarding Process
Whenever we have a new property sign up with Airtrip, we have an ‘onboarding process’. This allows us to maintain consistency, professionalism and efficiency with each property we manage. Our onboarding process can be tailored to our clients specific needs, but generally follows four basic steps.
Owners have access to their own portal to manage income reports and calendars. We monitor in-house cleaners with real-time reporting. We also have an app for tenants to log maintenance issues.
